From Roissy to your door in Paris
Charles de Gaulle is Paris’s main international airport, about 25–30 km north-east of the city centre. A private airport chauffeur takes you directly to your hotel, apartment or meeting in Paris — no queue for a taxi, no changing between trains.
The drive normally takes 45–75 minutes. It is busiest on weekday mornings and late afternoons, when it can take noticeably longer. The price does not change with traffic — only the time you should allow.
Which terminal are you arriving at?
CDG has three passenger terminals — 1, 2 and 3 — and Terminal 2 is divided into several halls, 2A to 2G. The terminal depends on your airline, so you do not need to know it in advance: give us your flight number when you book and we agree the arrivals meeting point with you.

How your CDG pickup works
When you book, give us your flight number and arrival date. Your chauffeur-host follows the flight and meets you at the arrivals point agreed in your booking details, with your name on a sign, and helps with your luggage. From there it is a direct drive to your Paris address.
If your plans change — a different flight, a very late arrival — message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know.
The fixed price applies when
- One end of the journey is the airport or station, the other an address in central Paris — postcodes 75001–75020.
- You travel directly, without extra stops.
- The booking is made at least 24 hours before pickup.
We quote personally when
- Your address is outside central Paris — La Défense, Disneyland Paris, Versailles or another suburb.
- You need an extra stop, a changed route or special requirements.
- You travel with a large group or need more than one vehicle.

Yes. After you send your booking you receive a secure payment link — card via Stripe (wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available) or PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once the payment has been verified.
Can I request an English-, French-, Russian- or Romanian-speaking chauffeur?
Yes. Choose the language when you book and we plan your chauffeur-host accordingly.
What information do you need for a CDG pickup?
Your flight number and arrival date, the number of passengers and suitcases, the Paris address you are going to, and a WhatsApp number. We agree the arrivals meeting point with you and your chauffeur-host follows the flight.
What if my flight or train is delayed?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. Waiting-time and change conditions are set out in our terms.
What happens if I add an extra stop or travel outside central Paris?
The fixed price covers a direct journey between the airport or station and an address in central Paris (75001–75020). With an extra stop, or an address outside that area — La Défense, Disneyland Paris, Versailles or another suburb — we review the journey personally and send an individual quotation. Nothing is added automatically.
Can I receive an invoice for a company?
Yes. Choose “Company” in the booking form and add the company name, billing address and VAT number. We issue the invoice for your booking.
Can you take us from CDG directly to Disneyland Paris or Versailles?
Yes. Destinations outside central Paris are not covered by the fixed price, so we prepare a personal quotation. Message us on WhatsApp with your route.
How much luggage can we bring?
A Mercedes V-Class carries up to seven passengers; luggage space depends on how many seats are in use. Give us the number of passengers and suitcases when you book and we confirm that everything fits comfortably.
Can I book a child seat?
Yes, on request. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book.
