What we provide, stated clearly
Our own vehicle is the Mercedes V-Class, up to seven passengers. For larger flows we propose the number of vehicles required; if the programme needs more vehicles or larger ones than we provide ourselves, we say so plainly in the proposal and describe what could be arranged separately.
How an event proposal works
Send your programme
Event name, venue, dates, number of guests, arrival lists and the languages you need.
Receive a transport plan
We review it personally and reply with a consolidated proposal. The request is received at once, but a booking is guaranteed only after you confirm and pay.
Confirm
Accept the plan and pay by card or PayPal, or agree invoicing terms for your company.
On the day
Your chauffeur-hosts follow the plan; you reach us on WhatsApp for any change.
Frequently asked questions
Can you manage multiple flight arrivals?
Yes. Send the arrival list — names, flights and times — and we plan the pickups around the actual arrivals. The proposal states how many vehicles each wave needs.
Do you provide an on-site coordinator?
Coordination runs by phone and WhatsApp with your team. For larger programmes an on-site coordinator can be discussed and included in the proposal.
Can we receive one consolidated invoice?
Yes — consolidated invoicing can be arranged. Send us your company details with the programme.
Can guests contact drivers directly?
Passengers receive the driver’s name, contact and vehicle details before pickup. Changes can also go through us on WhatsApp.
Can you arrange vans and coaches through partners?
Our own vehicle is the V-Class. If your programme needs larger vehicles, tell us — the proposal states clearly what we provide ourselves and what would be arranged separately.
How are last-minute schedule changes handled?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. We adjust where we can; change conditions are set out in our terms.
How do I pay?
After you accept the quotation you receive a secure payment link — card via Stripe or PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once the payment has been verified. For company accounts other arrangements are agreed individually.
