Executive assistants, travel managers, hotel concierges and event managers need transport that is booked once and runs as planned. You can book on behalf of a passenger; the passenger receives the driver and vehicle details before pickup.
What is on offer

Travel with your host
Before pickup you receive your driver and vehicle details; on the day your chauffeur-host takes care of the rest.
Frequently asked questions
Can an assistant book for someone else?
Yes. You book and pay as the account holder and give us the passenger’s name and phone number; the passenger receives the driver and vehicle details before pickup.
Can we receive one invoice for several journeys?
Yes — consolidated invoicing can be arranged for company accounts. Tell us the billing details and the period.
Can the chauffeur follow a minute-by-minute schedule?
Given a confirmed schedule we plan pickup times with sensible margins and the chauffeur stays available between appointments for the hours you book. Live changes are coordinated by WhatsApp.
Can the service continue to Brussels or Geneva?

Which vehicle do you use?
A Mercedes-Benz V-Class — up to seven passengers with generous luggage space. If your group is larger, tell us and we say clearly in the proposal what we can provide and what would be arranged separately.
How do I pay?
After you accept the quotation you receive a secure payment link — card via Stripe or PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once the payment has been verified. For company accounts other arrangements are agreed individually.
Which languages are available?
Service in English, French, Russian and Romanian, chosen per booking.
