A clear meeting point, agreed in advance
Large stations are busy and confusing after a long journey. Give us your station and train number when you book and we agree a clear meeting point with you rather than leaving you to find the car.
From the platform to your door
If you arrive by Eurostar or TGV with several suitcases, a private transfer replaces the queue at the taxi rank. The fixed price is the same whichever of the stations you use, and in both directions.
How your station pickup works
When you book, give us the station, your train number and the arrival date. We agree the meeting point with you, and your chauffeur-host helps with your luggage and drives directly to your address in central Paris.
If your train is late or your plans change, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know.
The fixed price applies when
- One end of the journey is the airport or station, the other an address in central Paris — postcodes 75001–75020.
- You travel directly, without extra stops.
- The booking is made at least 24 hours before pickup.
We quote personally when
- Your address is outside central Paris — La Défense, Disneyland Paris, Versailles or another suburb.
- You need an extra stop, a changed route or special requirements.
- You travel with a large group or need more than one vehicle.

How much is a private transfer between a Paris station and my address?

Yes. The price shown is for the booked route in either direction — to or from an address in central Paris (75001–75020). There is no separate price for the return.
How far in advance must I book?
At least 24 hours before pickup (Europe/Paris time). For anything sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether a car is available.
Can I pay by card, Stripe or PayPal?
Yes. After you send your booking you receive a secure payment link — card via Stripe (wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available) or PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once the payment has been verified.
Can I request an English-, French-, Russian- or Romanian-speaking chauffeur?
Yes. Choose the language when you book and we plan your chauffeur-host accordingly.
What information do you need for a station pickup?
The station, your train number and arrival date, the number of passengers and suitcases, the Paris address you are going to, and a WhatsApp number.

What if my flight or train is delayed?

What happens if I add an extra stop or travel outside central Paris?
The fixed price covers a direct journey between the airport or station and an address in central Paris (75001–75020). With an extra stop, or an address outside that area — La Défense, Disneyland Paris, Versailles or another suburb — we review the journey personally and send an individual quotation. Nothing is added automatically.
Can I receive an invoice for a company?
Yes. Choose “Company” in the booking form and add the company name, billing address and VAT number. We issue the invoice for your booking.
How much luggage can we bring?
A Mercedes V-Class carries up to seven passengers; luggage space depends on how many seats are in use. Give us the number of passengers and suitcases when you book and we confirm that everything fits comfortably.
